Weeks 1–3

Phase 1: Core Software Engineering Foundations

  • Week 1: Computational Thinking & Python — Variables, control flow, financial calculator project.
  • Week 2: Data Structures & Modularity — Functions, inventory tracker build, unit economics.
  • Week 3: Version Control & Git — GitHub repositories, pull requests, collaborative dev flow.

Phase 2: Robotics, Hardware & IoT Prototyping

  • Week 4: Circuits & Microcontrollers — Arduino/ESP32, C++, proximity sensor arrays.

Phase 3: Web Product Development & UI/UX

  • Week 8: Backend Services & APIs — RESTful APIs, database forms, user onboarding.
  • Week 9: MVP Integration — Linking IoT hardware streams directly to live web platforms.

Phase 4: Business Strategy & Launch

  • Week 10: Digital Business & Growth — SaaS models, Lean Canvas, CAC/LTV tracking.
  • Week 11: Financials, IP & Legal — Revenue forecasting, copyrighting code, NDPR privacy.
  • Week 12: Pitching & Demo Day — 5-minute live product pitch to mentors and investors.
